As an Accountant in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your role involves maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure expenditures are within budgetary limits and financial goals are met.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, monitoring payments, and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
4. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including VAT, GST, and corporate income tax.
5. Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and financial performance evaluation to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to management.
